    Tire/Tyre Description

The Challenger has stood the test of time as a great value in the Touring segment. Excellent choice for lightweight sport touring vehicles. H-Rated, Tubless construction. NOT for high load carrying capacity motorcycles.

    • Tread life

    Overall Tire/Tyre Review

The Kenda K657 Challenger rear received relatively low scores. The main complaint seems to be tread life and wet handling. Other than that the tires seemed to handle well. Riders tended to be on mid-sized cc bikes.

    Reviews by Source Rear Tire

Rear. 11 reviews. 3.9 of 5 stars. On a Kawasaki KZ550, got 6,300 miles from the rear, never lost traction in dry or wet. Another says tires were easy to mount and look good, tires gripped well in the corners. On a Honda Magna – less than 3,000 miles and thread is showing, tire a little slippery in cornering, dry traction is OK. On a Suzuki Madura GV1200 – got 3,000 miles.

75 reviews. 4.6 of 5 stars. On a GS650GT – very durable tire, but lacks some grip, not good in the rain. On a Honda CBX – got 5,000 miles. On a Springer – got 6,000 miles, both front and rear had cupping.
